The recipe collection showcases the best of the best from across my 4 books and limited edition bonus recipes, bringing together my many round loaves, plus oval loaf recipes and baby recipes converted to full size round loaves, to keep everything uniform and simple. All you need is the deck, 1 banneton and 1 pan. Ideal to introduce new bakers to sourdough, and perfect for compact kitchens, and considered budgets.
