Banneton, standard loaf



New and ready to create beautiful loaves, this is my favourite size and shape of banneton/proving basket: 22cm diameter and 8.5cm deep. I use this size with my master recipe and 500g of flour.

NOTE: Standard shipping to all destinations is included; if you would prefer tracked shipping please contact me for a price.

*to prepare your banneton for use, spritz with water, sprinkle with rice flour, tap it all around the inside of the banneton and leave it to dry. The banneton is now ready to use.

* after each use, allow the banneton to dry out then store ready for the next use. There is no need to wash/clean it out between uses. Do not store in plastic, allow it to air.
